- Nature of the service. ¿Qué me toca? provides general information about employment rights in Peru and calculation tools for information and reference purposes only. It is not legal, accounting or tax advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
- Accuracy. We prepare the content carefully from public sources (current legislation, SUNAT, MTPE, SUNAFIL). However, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Company data such as the RUC, employment regime or legal name come from public registers and may not reflect the current situation.
- Calculation results. Amounts are estimates based on the data you enter and on general assumptions. They may differ from what you are actually entitled to under your contract, collective agreement, special regime or other particular circumstances.
- Use at your own risk. You use the information, calculations and letter templates entirely at your own responsibility. We recommend checking your case with an employment lawyer, SUNAFIL or the Ministry of Labour before making decisions or filing claims.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by Peruvian law, ¿Qué me toca? and those responsible for it shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or from decisions made on the basis of its content. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Third-party links. Links to external sites such as gob.pe are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
- Changes. We may update this notice and the content at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
- Governing law. This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
- Privacy. ¿Qué me toca? does not store your searches or the data you enter in the calculator (RUC, salary, dates): calculations are made on the spot and not saved. For the site to work, we keep a technical session with your IP address, browser and language, which deletes itself after about 2 hours of inactivity. If you upload your contract, we send it to Anthropic (Claude), an artificial intelligence provider, only to read it. We do not keep the file, and a summary without your name or DNI stays in your session until you close it or remove it. We use Google Analytics to understand, anonymously and in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, without the data you enter, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not sell or share information with third parties for advertising.
