Change log
20 October 2026 · Terms, legal notice and privacy
- New "Terms and legal notice" page (quemetoca.com/terminos), linked from the footer of every page.
- The footer explains that the information and calculations are for reference and are not legal advice.
- Under every calculation it says: "Reference estimate. Check your case with SUNAFIL or a lawyer."
- Privacy: the site no longer keeps your searches, salary or dates in the session, and Google Analytics never receives them.
20 October 2026 · Where each company is
- Each company page shows its address and its district, province and region, from SUNAT.
- New section "Other active companies in your district", with links to companies nearby.
- Search results show each company's district, so you find yours faster.
- Fixed: after an update, some browsers kept showing the previous design.
20 October 2026 · What to do if your company isn't active
- If SUNAT lists the company as deregistered, suspended or with another status, the page explains in plain words what it means for you: what you are still owed, what to ask for in writing and how long you have to claim (4 years).
- If SUNAT can't find the company at its address ("no habida" or "no hallada"), we warn you and tell you what to keep and check: your CTS and pension contributions.
- Fixed: three companies with a "|" in their name showed shifted data.
20 October 2026 · What each regime means, and the site in Google
- Each company page explains what its labour regime means (general, small business, microenterprise or agricultural) and why a company can be in it: for example, how much a small business can sell a year and what happens when it sells more. A lawyer must approve these texts.
- Each company page has a title and description with the company's name and RUC, so it shows up better in Google.
- New sitemap with all 2.4 million company pages, ready to submit to Google. It updates itself every week.
- New legal texts and letters reach the site with each update, without ever overwriting what a lawyer has already edited or approved.
- We measure visits with Google Analytics to learn which pages help most. We don't send your salary or dates: only the page you visit.
20 October 2026 · Addresses with the company's name
- Each company's address now includes its name, for example quemetoca.com/empresa/20100055237-alicorp-saa. It's clearer when shared on WhatsApp and in Google. Old links still work and take you to the new address.
- Until a lawyer approves the explanations, the company page no longer shows internal codes ("rmv", "jornada") or says there are no dates to check: those sections appear once their texts are approved.
20 October 2026 · New site design
- The whole site has the new design: home, search results, company page and letters, on phones too.
- The home page shows an example with real numbers: what someone on the minimum wage in the general regime is owed. The options to upload your contract or a job offer are now in plain view.
- Search results show whether each company is active, and you can show only active ones.
- On the company page, your rights appear one by one as cards, and the dates to check in a clear list.
- When you fill in a letter, the preview updates as you type. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
20 October 2026 · Ready for the server
- The site now runs on a MySQL database, the same as the server it will be published on. That way no new server is needed.
- Searching by name is still fast across the 2.4 million companies. It now matches whole words or the start of words: "huall textil" finds TEXTILES HUALLAGA S.A.C.
20 October 2026 · New brand and English version
- The site has the new ¿Qué me toca? brand: the logo with the pay slip, the S/ coin and the speech bubble with a check; the navy, burgundy, sun and paper colours; and the tagline "Entiende · Calcula · Actúa" (Understand · Calculate · Act).
- New icon in the browser tab and when you save the site to your phone's home screen.
- It works in light and dark mode, with colours that are easy to read in both.
- The site is now also in English. Pick Español or English at the top right; it stays that way while you browse. Spanish is still the main language.
- The legal explanations have English versions, which a lawyer must review just like the Spanish ones. If a translation is missing, we show the Spanish text.
- Letters to your employer always come out in Spanish, even when you use the site in English.
- Form error messages are now in plain Spanish (before, some could appear in English).
20 October 2026 · Check a job offer before signing
- New "¿Te ofrecieron un trabajo?" option on the home page: upload the contract or offer before signing. We tell you how much you'd receive and whether any clause is below the law, under "Antes de firmar, revisa esto".
- On each company page: "¿Aún no trabajas aquí? Calcula una oferta de trabajo". The start date can be in the future, and the calendar starts that day.
- New: roughly how much you'd take home (or take home now) each month, with an AFP or the ONP, after pension and income tax (2026 UIT: S/ 5,500). Also how much you'd earn in a year.
- You can now drag and drop the PDF or photos of your contract to upload it. We show which files you picked and warn you if one won't work before sending it.
20 October 2026 · Contract check and end date
- When we read your contract, we check whether any clause gives you less than the law: pay below the minimum wage, more than 48 hours a week, less CTS, gratificación or holiday than you're owed, or a long trial period. We show you the exact clause and why it isn't valid.
- If your contract has an end date, the calendar reminds you on the day it ends and tells you to check your final settlement (liquidación) 48 hours later. Payments after that are no longer shown, because they're paid in the liquidación.
- New "¿Tu contrato vence?" field on the company page, to enter it by hand.
- Your contract stays on the page while you browse, so you can recalculate. You can remove it with one click, and it's deleted when your session ends.
- If the RUC on your contract can't be read, we look the company up by its exact name.
20 October 2026 · Upload your contract
- On the home page you can upload your contract (PDF or photos) instead of searching for the company. We read it, find the company by its RUC and show everything with your real details.
- Each company page has a new option: "¿Trabajas aquí? Sube tu contrato".
- We read the start date, end date, salary, hours and what it says about CTS and gratificaciones, and show you the exact wording from your contract.
- If your contract gives more than the law requires (for example, half CTS at a microempresa), we add it and mark it "Por tu contrato". A contract can never give you less than the law.
- At MYPE companies you can also tell us by hand what your contract says about CTS and gratificaciones.
- We don't store your contract, your name or your DNI. We read it with Claude, by Anthropic, and ask your permission first.
- Fixed: if you started partway through a period, the calendar now counts only your share. For example, if you started on 16 August, November's CTS covers 2 months and 16 days.
20 October 2026 · Amounts in the calendar and small businesses
- Each date in the calendar shows roughly how much you should receive.
- For small businesses, the reminders say clearly that it's half CTS and half gratificación, with their own text.
20 October 2026 · Payment calendar
- Each company page shows a calendar of the next 12 months with the days to check whether you were paid: CTS (May and November), gratificaciones (July and December) and utilidades (around May, if the company has more than 20 workers).
- Only payments that apply to your regime appear. Microempresa workers get no CTS or gratificaciones, so those don't appear.
- If you enter your start date, payments you're not yet entitled to are left out. For example, if you started in October, there's no November CTS.
- "Añadir a mi calendario" button: downloads the dates to your phone, and your calendar reminds you at 9 am. No account needed and we don't store your data.
- The reminder texts are under legal review, like all other texts.
16 October 2026 · Change log
- New
/change-log page listing what was done in each version of the site, in Spanish and English.
- It's linked from the footer of every page.
16 October 2026 · REMYPE data
- The Ministry of Labour sent us the REMYPE register (Carta N° 004283-2026-MTPE/4.3.99), with about 728,000 registrations.
- 486,711 companies now show whether they are a micro or small business. Before, almost all of them showed the general regime.
- So the benefits shown (CTS, gratificaciones, holidays, severance) now match the company's real regime.
- If a worker started before the company joined REMYPE, the page says they keep the general regime. This now works with real dates.
- Fixed: the Ministry's dates (day/month/year) were read the wrong way round. For example, 5 March was read as 3 May.
- Pending: the register doesn't say whether a registration is still active. We've asked the Ministry for it.
11 October 2026 · First version
- Company search by RUC or name. The RUC is checked before searching, so typos are caught.
- A page for each company with its SUNAT status, its labour regime and an explanation of how we know.
- An estimate of what the worker is owed based on salary, hours and whether they have children: CTS, gratificaciones, holidays, severance and more.
- Six letter templates to hand to the employer: holidays, family allowance, unpaid leave, document requests, resignation and final settlement.
- An admin panel where lawyers review and approve every text before it's published.
- Company data from SUNAT's Padrón Reducido, which can be refreshed weekly.
